European Hormone Day is a milestone for the endocrine community and partner organisations in Europe and around the world.
The aim is to address the knowledge gap about hormones and their associated illnesses.
Most people have a basic idea of what hormones are but may not have a full understanding of their function and how important they are for our overall health and well-being.
European Hormone Day aims to change that by sharing information and starting conversations.
The Day is a key moment to interact with national and European policy makers and communicate the key policy and research challenges the endocrine community is currently facing and solutions to overcome them.
The aspiration is that European Hormone Day will grow year-on-year – informing and educating a wide audience about why hormones are important.
