I dedicate my star to Cathy, Philippa, Liz, Ash,Amy, who throughout my many years attending The RFH have helped me cope when I was at my lowest always there with an ear to listen, calm and reassure. Without you all at some point I’m not sure how I would have gotten through the tough times xx
