Liz and I decided to enter Race to the stones during the first lockdown. We are running 100km over 2 days and decided that in order to keep us motivated during our long training runs and the 5.30 am starts we would raise some money for charity. Neuroendocrine Cancer Uk’s purpose is to support and inform patients and families from diagnosis, enabling access to the best care and treatment, whilst stimulating Neuroendocrine Cancer research, increasing national awareness and influencing improvements in outcomes.
Together they have raised over £3,300.00 for NCUK.
