Supporting the

Neuroendocrine Cancer Community

πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Please join us in thanking Moira, along with the help of her grandson, Arthur who in March walked 10,000 steps and raised over Β£1400 for Neuroendocrine Cancer UK.

Here’s what Moira had to say about her challenge:

πŸ’¬ Most days I walked alone but on a couple of occasions my 4 year old grandson accompanied me and he really enjoyed it being so excited to see me for the first time for months.

πŸ’¬ I raised over Β£1,000 for Cancer Research and Β£1,400 for NET’s which was a real driver on cold wet days. I met some lovely people asking me what I was doing walking like someone on a mission and the strangest walk was when it got dark and I still had me steps to do so I parked up in a large Tesco car park and did 6 circuits of the large car park in the rain. I did get some strange looks.

πŸ’¬ Some days it was a real effort to fit it in but I am glad I did it and the support from family and friends was amazing.

⭐Thank you Moira (and Arthur) – you are amazing!! ⭐
