Here’s Ollie’s Story:
Mumzy (Ruth Peck-Smith) was diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Tumors early 2017. She had been ill for a while, but the Doctors could not figure out what was wrong. By the time they did, the tumours were so advanced that surgery was going to be life changing. She opted to try to shrink the tumors and look at less life altering surgery at a later date. She made it just over 1 year into her battle before she could not battle anymore. NCUK were there to support her and the family where they could, so if I can give back to them in Mumzy’s memory, then I will do just that! I did a Charity match in 2019 to raise money which was an amazing success, but obviously I cannot do that again due to the current situation, so I am doing a gaming stream. I will be going LIVE on twitch.tv/ojmclovin95 at 0900 Saturday, 26th June 2021 for the day, into the early hours of Sunday morning, with some prize giveaways involved and some tributes from friends and family who can tell their own stories of what Mumzy was like. Any support you can give me, which in turn is supporting NCUK is greatly appreciated! Oj
