This survey is designed to understand the view of people with a rare or less common cancer on how well cancer services are meeting their needs. We will use the findings in our work to improve services and outcomes for people with rare and less common cancers.
There are only four main questions as well as some additional questions asking for information such as your cancer type, age. This survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.
This survey does not collect any identifiable information (unless you choose to share this with us). The data in this survey will be stored in line with our data and privacy policies. You can view these here.
