Supporting the

Neuroendocrine Cancer Community

National Lung Natter Group No 5

Welcome to NCUK National Lung Natter – a UK wide online support group for anyone affected by Neuroendocrine Cancer of the Lung

This online peer group is open to anyone affected by a Neuroendocrine Cancer of the Lung and/or DIPNECH

For this meeting – 28th June – we are delighted to be joined again by Professor Mansoor who will speak to the matter of “Treatment Options for Lung Neuroendocrine Cancers & What’s New?” followed by a Q&A

DIPNECH is a neuroendocrine related lung condition but not a cancer itself – however, if you have DIPNECH, you may be at  increased  risk of developing either Typical (TC) or Atypical Carcinoid (AC).

Neuroendocrine Cancer of the Lung includes :

Typical Carcinoid (TC) low grade neuroendocrine tumour (NET)
Atypical Carcinoid (AC) mid-grade neuroendocrine tumour (NET)
Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC)
Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC)
MiNEN or mixed cell carcinoma (MiNEN) – where the tumour has both Neuroendocrine and Non-neuroendocrine cancer cells.
